She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph W Chase; her daughter Jeffri Chase Butters; and her siblings, Richard Keate and Beverly Keate Burrows. She is survived by: her children, Greg Chase, Paige Chase, Toni Chase Soeffker (Tom Soeffker), Tracy Chase Howard (Michael Howard), Jinx Chase and Casey Chase Smith (Mark Smith). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
