He was predeceased by: his parents, Artie Sharp and Sylvia Ainsworth Evans; his former wife Mary; his parents-in-law, Nick and Katie Petrlich; his brother Nyle; his brother-in-law Keith Millerberg; his granddaughter Mary; and his stepsons, Stuart, Steven and Scott Hembury.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Cherrie), Dave (Donna) and John (Nanette); his wife Donna; his sister Noreen Millerberg; his sister-in-law Joan Evans; and his stepdaughters-in-law, Lavern and Jan Hembury. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 6 great great, grandchildren.
