We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2021, at the age of 61, Paul Van Leeuwen (Midvale, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Melvin Van Leeuwen and Virginia Rae Van Leeuwen; and his father-in-law Ted Jay Howell. He is survived by: his wife Teddi Howell; his children, Nick, Dustyn, Carly, Kason, Skyler and Kenzi; and his siblings, Ralyn Pearce (Keith), Terrel Van Leeuwen (Sonya), Steven Van Leeuwen (Dianne) and Julie Jentzsch (Marc).

COVID precautions will be taking place with masks and social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, the family has a gofundme page to assist with medical and funeral costs.
