She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert William and Edith Childs Rothwell; and her spouse Eugene H Owens. She is survived by : her children, Judy Kaye Smith (Arthur) of Wellsville, UT, Robert Eugene Owens (Sharon) of Grantsville, UT, Gary Ray Owens (Kathlene) of West Valley, UT and Allan John Owens (Jeanie) of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 87 great grandchildren.
