He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Swisher and Katherine Sawatzky Swisher; his brother Gene; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Ward Swisher, Wanda Ward Swisher and Betty Swisher.

He is survived by : his grandchildren, Zac and Demi; and his brothers, Wes of San Diego, CA, Burke of Colorado, Stan of Cushing and Phil of Cushing. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
