He is survived by: his former wife Vicky Buck; his daughter Felicia Rodgers; his former wife Lynne Allgood; his daughters, Danielle Lane, Malorie Rasmussen (Scott) and Lauren Neuteboom; his former spouse Dede Dalgarn; his son-in-law Scott; his grandchildren, Jayde, Brooklyn, Grace, Hannah, Karlee, Elli, Ryan, Kenadee, Max and Kohen; his great grandchild Jase; his sister Jill Carrigan (Boyd); and his brother-in-law Bob Netz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
