He is survived by: his parents, Samuel F. Rowser and Irene Stephens Rowser; his wife Dorene; his children, Robert Daniel Rowser (Cymbre), Christine Brown (Marty), Cary Rowser (Debbie), Kelly Rowser (Ila), Debbie Kinnear (Charlie), Chad Rowser (Lezley), Blake Rowser (Geni), Ticia Rowser and Tony Rowser (Robyn); and his siblings, Bessie Warr (late Allen) and Bruce Rowser (late LeAnn). He is also survived by children, 66 great grand children.
