He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Page and Lourena Wingate Lewis; his wife Neva Jean Johnston; his children, Rob Lewis (Della), Gail Lewis, Tami Miller and Shane Lewis; and his siblings, Lonnie Lewis, Craig Lewis, LaVon Johnson, Helen Bushman, DeAnna Hatch, Rena Kay Funk, Karen Robertson and Burton Lewis.
