She is survived by: her husband Leo Osborne; her children, Lyle Osborne (Jodie) of Nephi, Laura Lee Ockey (Kevin) of Nephi, Lance Osborne (Tausha) of Nephi and Lorette Nielsen of Nephi; and her siblings, Shana Stevens of Ohio, Marcia Dansie of California and Ed Hafen of Idaho. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
