She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jay Garland Hubbard and Vera Hemming Hubbard; her husband Hal; and her siblings, Jessie, Arthur and Jay Jr..
She is survived by: her brother Jospeh Wall (Shirley); her nephew Jim Hubbard (RuthAnn); and her niece Terry Ingleby (Jerry). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews (13); great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Murray City Cemetery (5490 S Vine St, Murray, UT 84107).
She also worked for Salt Lake County Public Welfare Department, the SLC Child Welfare, Utah Foundation Tax Research, Utah State Tax Commission and finally for the State Department of Public Welfare as Statistician.
