He is survived by: his wife Velda Carlene Cox; his children, Kalecia Fowler, Vanita Lee (Brett), Franklin L. Fowler (Tawnya) and Tricia Fowler; his grandchildren, Andrya Sisneros and Shylo Haase Planishek; his son Tawnya; his grandson Taygen Nye; his great grandchildren, Braelynn, Chaise, Taylee, Brodee and Haislee; and his siblings, Paul Adams, Dennis Fowler and Francine Jensen.
