He was predeceased by: his father Ron Liddell; and his mother-in-law Barbara Mecham Rowley. He is survived by: his mother Carol Liddell; his wife Teresa Rowley; his children, Kolby Hoover (Ashley) of Roosevelt, Keeton Hoover (Aline) of Roosevelt, Kylee Stewart (Dustin) of Roosevelt and Kason Liddell of Roosevelt; his grandchildren, Nathan, Yasmin, Kyson, William, Addison, Mia, Brooke and Tyler; his siblings, Michael Liddell (Carla), Lanette Owen (Florin), Marcus Liddell (Connie), Jody Liddell (Jean) and Roy Liddell; and his father-in-law Keith Rowley.
In keeping with the COVID-19 recommendations, a maximum of 20 individuals will be allowed in the mortuary at a time.
