She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Charles and Reita Ames Workman; her siblings, James, Randy Workman and LaRue Bolden; and her son Earl Rice.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Lee Rice; her children, Kirk Rice, Lee Berg (Ted) and Kim Rice; and her siblings, Julie Umphenour (Carl), Jake Workman (Aaron), Santa Fe, Charlie Workman (Marla) and Calvin Workman (Kathie). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
