He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Helen Alberta Stallman (Bowman); his siblings, Bonnie Stallman of Allentown, Pennsylvania and Eddy Stallman of New York; and his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Brinkerhoff of Las Vegas, Nevada and Angela Brinkerhoff of Sandy, Utah..
He is survived by: his wife Emily Gwen Stallman (Brinkerhoff); his sister Sandra Erwin (Wilmer) of Orbisonia, Pennsylvania; his children, Kellie Marie Miller (Jim) of Stoystown, Pennsylvania, Todd W. Stallman of Atlanta, Georgia and Travis W. Stallman of Altoona, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter Brittany Falchek (Jason); his great grandchild Lexi Marie Falchek of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.; and his siblings-in-law, Correy Brinkerhoff (Nancy), Chris Watson (Anna) of Overton, Nevada, Kirk Brinkerhoff (Trudy) of Sandy, Utah and Sheri Wolfe (Grey) of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by children from a previous marriage.
