She is survived by: her former husband Douglas J Sarlo; and her children, Craig Sarlo (Linda), Teresa Michels (Steve), Tina Kennington (Kory) and Tami Chisholm (Thys). She is also survived by her children were her 19 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
