She is survived by : her grandsons, Quest and Phoenix; her daughters, Kammra Montgomery (Paul) and Areva Dawn Smith (Richard); her grandchildren, Apollo Clark (Jordon) and Athena Adair (Cyle); and her siblings, Nancy Koheteck and Lynn Workman (Ann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
