She is survived by: her husband Warren William Bates; her children, Jeff (Sue), Kevin (Jamie), Leslie and Amy (Todd); and her sisters, Carla, JoAnn and Susan. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
