He is survived by: his wife Carolyn of Ogden; and his children, Boyd Clair Phillips (Joni) of Clearfield, Brian Lee Phillips (Cindy) of Spanish Fork and Ralynne Phillips of Ogden. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
