He was predeceased by: his grandson Kaylen Dax. He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his children, Brighton Jorgensen (Chris), Jennifer Evans (Douglas), Dax Belnap (Monica), Camber Wallberg (Cory) and Cord Belnap (Adelle); and his sisters, Diane Gidley (Dave) and Marty Dillon (Clyde).
