He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris J. Farr and Grace Davis Farr; his wife Joy Steed; his children, Chad and Kimberley; and his sister Janeen.

He is survived by : his children, Todd Farr, Jory Farr (Kelly), Lisa Farr and Nikki Raya (Victor); and his siblings, Jan Batteiger, Gary Farr, Mary Farr, Lynnettie Beckstead and Paul Farr. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
