He is survived by: his wife Nadene Carter; his children, Ralph (Dixie), Norene (Jeff), Thayne (Laura), Holly (Doug), Geneil (Joedy), Brad (Melissa), Carma Luke (Doug) and Marti Carter; his daughter-in-law Julie Taylor (Ted); and his siblings, Keith Carter, Rod Carter, Maurice Carter and Elaine Norman. He is also survived by her 26 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
