He was predeceased by: his brother Recus Swain; his grandparents, Patsy Prestwich and Ceasar Swain; and also, Uncle and Roy Valdez.

He is survived by: his wife Britney; his son Jayden; his stepchildren, Jordan, Sam and Morgan; his parents, Christine Powell (Michael) and James Swain; and his siblings, Whitney Swain (Kurt Nasabal), Parris Swain and Aisha Swain.
