He was predeceased by: his parents, Rona Lee Blood and Joseph Henry Spackman; his sister Joann Spackman Cheney; and his daughter Kaylynn Spackman. He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Alverson; his son Clinton; his siblings, Charlene Player, Shelly Archuleta, Kimberly Glover, Tony Spackman and Steven Spackman; his grandchildren, Arraya, Arriana, Austin Castillo, Jeff, Darlene Castillo and Kaylynn; and his close friend Shanna.
