She was predeceased by: her significant other Mick; and her siblings, David and Taz. She is survived by: her spouse Michio Sugiyama; her children, Suzanne (Dan), Stephanie (Tom), Stephan (Erin), Tricia, David (LaVonne), Matthew (Yen) and James (Kevin); her grandchildren, Mitchell, Claire, Max, Marlee, Tomio, Yukio, Kenzo, Thai, Kai, Nikko and Isla; and her siblings, Doug, Gene and Lynda. She is also survived by mother, grandmother and sister passed away surrounded by her children.
