He is survived by: his wife Kay Yearsley; his daughters, Emily Van Kampen, Wendy Petersen (Tim), Katie Amsden (Rob) and Marie Hunter (Tyson); his grandchildren, Adrienne, Matthew, Megan, Luke, Will, Jet, Dani and Jenna; and his brother Brent Van Kampen. He is also survived by his wife, daughters and grandchildren.
