He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Perry and Patricia Perry; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Chantyl Prieto (Preston), Anthony Perry and Brandon Perry; and his sister Deb Criswell (Don). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
