He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ada Garner and Alpha Garner; his spouse Renae Firth; his brothers, Don, Blaine and Jack Garner; and his children, Genice Petty, Keri Fullmer, Cindy Bailey, Joe Garner, Gena Garner-Wayman, Phillip Garner and Steve Garner. He was also cherished by his 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
