Francis is survived by: parent Richard Lovato; stepparent Victor L. Mikkelsen; wife DeAnn; children, Richard Lovato (Chris), Rachel Lovato and Leslie Lovato; grandchildren, Justin Lovato, Travis Lovato, Amber Howell, Jonathon Howell, Andrew Bates and Lillian Bates; great grandchildren, McKinley Howell and Harmony Boupha; and also Lucy Lovato (Perea).

Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
