He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Orvall and Edith Loretta Martin Baggs; his children, Christie Langford (Shawn), Crystal Leavitt (Jeremiah), Joseph Baggs (Laci), Eric Baggs, Gary Baggs, Geanne Harmon (Sam) and Matthew Baggs; and his siblings, Larry Baggs (Martha), Benny Baggs (Janet) and Linda Baggs. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
