He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd E. Perigo, Jr. and Alyce Zupan Perigo; and his sister Nancy Perigo. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene; and his children, Marcene Leckington, Cordell Perigo (Tammy), Shauntelle Anderson (John) and Cameron Perigo (Kendra).
