He was predeceased by: his father Charles Frost; and his grandparents, Charlie, Shirley Frost, Earl and Doris King.
He is survived by: his mother Dawn Frost (King); his sister Angie Hostetler (Brian); his sibling's children, Madison and Drew; his uncles, Doug King (Christine) and Jack Frost (Julie); and his aunt Jean Johnson (Dennis).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
