He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Walter Philpott and Mertrice Ballingham Philpott; his spouse Kay Rylands; his daughters, Brittney Gilbert (Shawn) and Megan Sparrow (Josh); his grandchildren, Bailey, Hadley, Ryland and Chloe; his son Mike O'Neal; and his brother Frank Philpott.

Jim Philpott, 77, passed away at Barrington Place Alzheimer's Special Care Center in Clinton with his loving wife by his side.
