He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rowe and Eleanor Laughter Rowe; his wife Carol; and his children, Waylon and Jessica.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tesalee Rowe and Angela Lucus; his grandchildren, Kevin Proffitt, Chris Proffitt, Alicia Rowe, Jackson Lucus and Ava Lucus; his great grandchild Raelee Proffitt; and his siblings, Doug Rowe (Karen), Jeff Rowe (Lori), Jolene Lomax (Eddie), John Rowe and Rob Rowe.
