With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Ann Mathews (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on August 20, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Holbrook and Connie Jorgenson Holbrook; and her siblings, Cheryl H. Sass, Reed Holbrook and Elaine Holbrook Robinson.
She is survived by: her husband John Phillip Mathews; her children, Michael (Paula) of Scottsdale, AZ, Mark (Nancy) of Argyle, TX and Nanette of Ogden; and her brother Boyd Holbrook (Margie) of Ogden, UT.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grand children.
