It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Payne (Ogden, Utah), born in Motley, Minnesota, who passed away on September 13, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Payne and Arlene Payne; her wife Marilyn; her sister Clarice; and also, Duane, Arlene and Quentin.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ann Prenger and David Brieger.
