She was predeceased by: her parents, Lettie Hazel Sessions and John Leo Ward; her spouses, Stanton Watkins Barlow Nov and William John Besser; and her siblings, Anna Hart (Sterling), Keith Ward (Ruby), Rae Sparrow (DeVere), Geraldine Shupe (Dee), DeLoy Ward (Laura) and Brent Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Porter Bryan, JaNae Barlow Francis (Bill) of Hooper and Justin Bowman (Jack Warbus) of Irving; her grandchildren, Kolt Bryan, Hunter Bryan, Vyncent Francis (Taylor), Jessica Barber (Josh), Heather Francis (Nathan Miller), Kendra Robinson (Scott), Celeste Campbell (Chase) and Ethan Francis; and her great grandchildren, Zoey and Tate Francis.
A woman who loved to beautify everything around her, Joycelyn Ward Rundquist, 79, departed from her three children peacefully in her sleep at Barrington Place Alzheimer's Special Care Center early Dec. 27, 2018.
