She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia Lobato Payan and John Payan; and her siblings, Belinda Lopez, Mary Gene Salaz, Cordy Velasquez, Chuck Velasquez and Mike Velasquez.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Shick; her sons, Christopher Shick (Michelle) and Quinley Shick (Renee); her grandchildren, Sophia Shick, Madeline Shick, Mary Shick, Conrad Shick and Michael Shick; and her siblings, Bill Velasquez (Debbie), Louis Payan (Tami), Mary Lena Arlofski and Cathy Trentman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (514 24th St, Ogden, UT 84401). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (514 24th St, Ogden, UT 84401).
