He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Green and Norma Hancock; his brother Blair Green; and his brother-in-law Douglas Casper. He is survived by: his wife Myrna; his children, David Keith (Michelle), Russell James (Cindy), Michael Paul (Katie), William Dalley (Challene), Steven Matthew (Amy), Linda Marie (Peter McChesney) and Sara Jane (Andrew Moss); his siblings, Phil H Green (JoAn), Merleen Casper and Norleen (Bob Leavitt); and his sister-in-law Sandra Green. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
