She was predeceased by: her father Donny Gonzales; her son Angel Ortiz; and also, Infant, God-Mother Jenni Boney and Aunt.

She is survived by: her mother Maria Yolanda Boney; her husband Sebastian Ortiz; her son Elias Jose Leroy Ortiz (Angie); her grandchildren, Aviona Melodee Ortiz and Baby Ortiz; and her brothers, Joe Sherman (Yareny), Richard Martinez and Santos Boney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family requests donations be made to help with cost of funeral services.
