He was predeceased by: his daughter Carrie; and his grandson Matthew. He is survived by: his former wife Sheila "Sissy" Sims; and his children, Lawrence S. Jennings Jr. "Larry" and Cherri Hindes (Jeremy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
