He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Roger, Melissa and Rick; his spouse Donna Bush; and his children, Russell Thompson, Linna Thompson, Amy Taylor, Julie Stokes (Ken) and Michael Thompson. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two brothers, one sister, their spouses, and many nieces and nephews.
