He was predeceased by: his wife Pat; his parents, Clifford Sackett and Effie Sackett; and his brother George. He is survived by: his children, Rick Sackett (Randi) of Beaver, UT, Sherrie Johnson (Christopher) of Pleasant View, UT and Kathie Allen (Joe) of Layton, UT.; and his brother Sandi Wheelwright.
