He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Sherman and Jennie Mae Lowman Stockberger; his sisters, Clifford Walker and Verda Hilton Walker; his grandson Justin Stockberger; and his great grandchild Hope Baldwin.
He is survived by: his spouses, Constance "Connie" Walker and Connie Stockberger; and his children, Steven Stockberger (Jean), Dennis Stockberger (Brenda) and Tonya Coy (Mark) of Ogden. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.
