She is survived by: her husband Owen; her children, Jeannette Campbell (Vane), Owen Milo Higgs (Janice), Kathy Carter (Jeff), Jim Higgs, Rick Higgs (Anokha Ratnayake), Cheryl White and Michelle Higgs; and her siblings, Carol Gale (Darwin), Barbara Tullis, Paul Tullis (Sherry) and Scherelyn Jensen (Craig). She is also survived by seven children.
