He was predeceased by: his father James; and his daughter-in-law April Whinham. He is survived by: his spouses, Karen Bowers and Eileen; his children, Jeffery (Joanel), James (Kadee), Bentley and Staciann Duitsman (Daniel); his mother Marilyn; and his siblings, Michael, Gregory (Kristan) and Jill Braithwaite (Lyle). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
