He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Payne and Valate Payne. He is survived by: his friend Doug Payne; his wife Barbara; his children, Doug Payne (Becky) and Tiffanie Lake (Chris); his grandchildren, Christian, Hannah, Alexis, Felicia, Leena and Annie; his close friends, Steve Barrett and Sue Barrett; and his siblings, Ilene Critchfield, Dave Payne (Ruayne), Joann Ross, Bart Payne (Sherma) and Thom Payne (Lisa).
