She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phelps and Stella Phelps; and her siblings, Ralph Phelps and Margret Vaughn. She is survived by: her former husband David Stewart; her husband Gary Humphreys; and her children, Sherry Pontius, Richard Pontius, Steven Stewart and Ronald Stewart. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
