He was predeceased by: his father Malcolm Frederick Duvall; and his sister Michelle Perry. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Joanne Duvall; his siblings, Pierre Thomas Duvall, Monique Gloria Cruz and Brian McGuire (Childhood Friend); and his niece Megan Perry.

The family suggest donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
