He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Barbara Blazer and Walter Thurston Smith. He is survived by: his children, Holly Ringel, Lisa Castillo (Cory), Andrea Shoun (Steve), Kem Courtney (Matt), Benjamin Hanks and Tiffany Amy (Dan); and his siblings, Martha Berglund, Linda Powers and Dewayne Clear. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; 20 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
