He was predeceased by: his grandmother Gail; and his great-grandparent Herman Ben Kruitbosch. He is survived by: his grandparents, Dennis and Linda Kruitbosch; his wife Tanya; his daughter Alaina; and his parents, Daniel Kruitbosch (Carol) and Wendy Baily.
